Job Description

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a detailoriented wellorganized and eagertolearn Junior ECommerce Manager to support the DACH markets (Germany Austria Switzerland) in driving strong online growth. In this role you will work closely with the country managers and team lead collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as Commercial Planning Pricing and Marketing to ensure a locally relevant online assortment and an optimal customer experience.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED:

  • Optimize homepage content and execute commercial campaigns to capture local demand and align with the DACH trading strategy.

  • Plan implement analyze and manage onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimize the customer journey and improve business performance.

  • Provide weekly assortment and website performance reviews for the DACH markets adjusting local trading strategies based on trends.

  • Provide input on the local market needs customer profiles competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities.

  • Participate in crossfunctional projects interacting with stakeholders from Marketing Supply and Digital Experience.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

  • 12 years of experience in a similar function preferably at a multinational fashion online retailer. A bachelors degree is required.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tools topics and stakeholders.

  • Good analytical skills and commercial mindset with a solid understanding of online fashion trading and customer behavior in the DACH region.

  • Basic retail math and Excel skills with a strong motivation to further develop analytical capabilities.

  • Fluency in English German proficiency is preferred
