Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning and Development Coordinator with 5 to 7 years of work experience with around 2 years of experience in core Learning and Development. This role will support the delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director Talent Development you will play a crucial role in developing training content facilitating learning sessions and assessing the effectiveness of our learning programs. This role requires someone who is eager to make an impact on employee development is a strong communicator and has a proactive mindset. This role will support all India employees with additional global support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the design development and delivery of learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
    • Coordinate and support various training initiatives including leadership development and skillsbased learning for India and organizationwide also providing support in global initiatives.
    • Facilitate training sessions workshops and elearning modules in an engaging and effective manner.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback assessments and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Maintain learning management systems (LMS) track employee progress and provide reports to stakeholders.
    • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to ensure learning initiatives are innovative and impactful.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization through the creation of curated LinkedIn Learning paths to support development at all levels.

Qualifications:

    • 57 years of experience in Learning and Development HR or a related field.
    • Graduate / Masters degree in Human Resources Education Business or a related field (preferred).

Desired Attributes:

    • Strong passion for employee growth and development.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels.
    • Experience in designing and delivering training programs both inperson and virtually.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools (preferred).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to analyze learning outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
    • A proactive and adaptable approach to problemsolving.
    • Embraces a growth mindset with a desire to develop learning and development skills.
