Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting exterior residential and commercial buildings. Someone who is passionate about delivering high quality and exceptional results. This role requires attention to detail a commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Prep and clean exterior surfaces for painting including washing sing sanding and patching.
- Apply primers paints and finishes to a variety of exterior surfaces.
- Inspect work to ensure a smooth and even finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in exterior painting.
- Experience with various paint types tools and techniques.
- Able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts.
- Detailoriented and able to follow instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
