Job Description

As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the architecture deployment maintenance and security of the companys infrastructure services systems and network.
Responsibilities
- Installing configuring and managing network infrastructure.
- Installing configuring and managing servers and services both cloud and onpremises.
- Installing and evaluating new software releases system upgrades and patches.
- Maintaining and monitoring system configuration to ensure data and configuration integrity.
- Operating with the objective of having a reliable efficient and scalable infrastructure using configuration as code methodologies.
- Collaborating across departments to evolve systems standards studio wide.
- Collaborating with the InfoSec team on vulnerability management.
- Performing system backups and recovery.
- Documenting and automating daily tasks.
- Participating in large system and subsystem planning.
- 3rd level of support functions including problem isolation and resolution.
- Keeping up on current methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company.
- Collaborates with other team members when necessary.
- Follows the Supervisors and Leads guidance.
Requirements
- 35 years of professional experience in IT departments.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP and subnetting
- Experience with VLANs routing protocols (OSPF BGP)
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and packet analysis (Wireshark tcpdump)
- Configuration and administration of routers switches and firewalls
- Understanding of cloud networking (OCI AWS Azure Virtual Network)
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards (Ethernet fiber optics)
- Process automation and deployment
- Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions
- Scripting (Powershell Python bash)
- Ansible/Terraform
- Apache/nginx/Flask
- PostgreSQL/ MySQL
- Experience with high availability systems.
- Experience in process virtualization and deployment.
- Experience in the 3D animation sector
- Recommended certification (not required but preferred): Cisco CCNA/CCNP.
- Mediumhigh English level required.
- Spanish desirable.
