Job Description

Innovative Chemical Products is searching for a local Driver to join our team in Long Beach CA.
If you have a minimum of 2 years local CDLA experience a Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement then Innovative Chemical Product Groups want to hear from you!
- Hourly pay. Plus overtime pay. CompensationBased on experience
- This position would divide time up each week between driving and working in the plant.
- Average 20 to 25 hours a week delivering tankers to a job side delivering product on a flat bed or van trailer to customers.
- Working 20 to 25 hours at the plant to include driving a forklift unloading deliveries coming into the plant production and plant upkeep.
- This is a local position and will be home nightly.

- Transport bulk tanker products to customers. Deliver and pick up products and material to local Southern California customers and vendors.
- Some percentage of loads will require live load and unloads hourly pay during these times.
- Complete a daily truck system log (electronic)
- Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
- Manage routes and routines proceeding in the most efficient way possible.
- Find ways to conserve resources including fuel.
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
- Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
- Comply with all DOT and inhouse regulations and rules.
- While working for plant unloading trucks strapping down flat bed loads.
- Help with wrapping the product before it goes out for delivery. Supporting production as directed by the plant manager.
