Job Description
As a Project Manager you will:
- Lead the planning and delivery of complex IT projects ensuring timely completion within scope budget and stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor and manage a diverse project team fostering collaboration high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules budgets and risk management strategies.
- Implement risk management processes to identify assess and mitigate potential project risks while ensuring compliance with DoD IT standards.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders providing regular updates addressing challenges and ensuring financial accountability.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Computer sciences business management or related field
- 5 years as a Lead Project Manager
- 5 years in DoD IT environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
