As the Head of Vanguards Distribution & Oversight Compliance function this role is responsible for supporting oversight programs and institutional distribution compliance activities for Vanguards mutual funds and products. You will provide strategic leadership and direction for a dynamic compliance function working closely with the teams supporting the creation and management of Vanguards products to support distribution in onshore and offshore markets and ensure that Vanguards communications and marketing activity complies with regulatory requirements. This individual will also lead the teams with primary responsibility for the firms compliance oversight programs under Rules 38a1 and 20647 and the development of the CCOs board reports and supporting materials. The Head of D&0 is a senior leader serving as a member of the leadership team for the Global Fund Advisor and Distribution division of the Compliance Department.
