Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a team of patientcentered professionals who have a culture of caring for each other while providing an excellent patient experience. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies cardiac studies and the computer interactions associated with these studies.
Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
Contributes to the development of policies procedures standards and objectives and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services.
Hours Monday Friday 9:30am6:00pm no weekends except call coverage
Is required to take rotating call coverage including evenings weekends and holidays. More details Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example 7a Saturday through 7a Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight 5p7a). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine.
Associates or Baccalaureate Degree in Nuclear Medicine is required.
Licensed by either the ARRT or CNMT in the State of Vermont.
This position requires verification of your college transcript. Please be prepared to provide a copy should you be invited for an interview.
EXPERIENCE:
Twelve months of clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine is preferred. That said wed love to hear from new graduates or Nuclear Medicine Techs who are new to the field.

External candidates who have not worked within the network in the past year are eligible for a hiring bonus of $depending on experience when hired into a fulltime position.Amounts reflect gross pay prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law.
Candidates joining us in a fulltime Nuclear Medicine Tech position from a distance that is greater than 50 miles from their previous role and home are eligible for relocation assistance up to $9200.
