The Department of Psychology invites applications for an openrank faculty position in Counseling/Clinical Psychology beginning in Fall 2025. Candidates should hold either a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APAaccredited program. Rank will be dependent upon the candidates degree and experience. While an active counseling practice would be a desirable attribute of any applicant it would be required for consideration for Psy.D. candidates. In addition to courses in counseling/clinical psychology the successful candidate should be able to teach psychological assessment psychopathology and a seniorlevel seminar course as well as supervising undergraduate field placements/internships. Candidates with the ability to involve students in fieldbased or laboratory research are highly desirable. Additionally candidates with an interest in teaching one or more of the following will be given particular attention: history of psychology health psychology positive psychology and/or sports psychology.
