Job Description

As aData Scientist (DS3 you will play a crucial role in Ocado Logistics research focus providing technical excellence and driving highquality data solutions. You will be a key contributor to your teams delivery ensuring that our analytics capabilities support business decisions effectively.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Defining research scope delivery approach and ensuring highquality outputs.
- Leading data science initiatives within your area mentoring junior team members and shaping best practices.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements validate assumptions and define effective solutions.
- Querying data using SQL and other tools applying advanced statistical techniques and ensuring data quality.
- Developing and maintaining productionready models following software engineering best practices.
- Communicating technical findings effectively through reports visualizations and presentations.
About You Requirements to Be Considered:
- Strong problemsolving skills with deep expertise in data analysis and research.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation tools with experience in statistical analysis.
- Ability to design scope and evaluate data science projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
