Our client is a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the stunning and historic surroundings of Bath. As part of an exceptional group of luxurious hotels they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of their recently refurbished restaurants.

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Being the second in command and working closely with our Head Chef to inspire and guide the kitchen brigade.
- Taking a handson role in crafting exceptional dishes for lunch afternoon tea and dinner menus.
- Collaborating on menu development for la carte offerings events and private dining.
- Managing kitchen operations including ordering rotas training and maintaining the highest standards.
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and managing stock levels and rotation effectively.
