Job Description

Job Description Sales Operations Manager:

Salesoperations managers are responsible for developing and overseeing a smootheffective sales process to enable the growth of the organizations they support other words sales operations managers and their teams take care ofeverything reps need to have in place to support their ability to sell.

Hereare some of the key skills effective sales operations managers need to have.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Work alongside Chiefsales leaders to define quarterly objectives standardize business reportingand create dashboards for sales executives

Manage the SalesOperations process to enable sales team productivity

Proactively identifybottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the salesmakes the run faster

Increase salesproductivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation toolsex: email prospecting contract andmanagement content enablement software etc

Manage metric/analyticsprograms to help sales leaders make data backed business decisions

Improve our salesprocess through the implementation of better measurement and

Drive tactical planningthroughout all levels of the organization closest to the customer

Executive businessprocess improvement initiatives

Assist with onboardingnew sales development executive

Optimize leadqualifications and scoring



Requirements

Should be selfmotivated and a selfstarter

Ideally should have at least 5 years of workexperience.

Should be able to thrive in a performancedrivenenvironment.

Should have a willingness to learn and have acollaborative approach.

Expertise required in the following:

AdvancedMicrosoft office Power Pivots/Power BI hands on would be an additional plus
