Help Wanted: Luxury MultiBrand Automotive Genius BMW MINI & VOLVO
Are you passionate about luxury cars and technology Do you have a deep understanding of automotive features and innovations We are seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Genius to join our team. This is a nonsales nonservice position focused on providing expertlevel knowledge about the cuttingedge features technologies and capabilities of our luxury multibrand automotive lineup.
Responsibilities:
Serve as an expert on all vehicle features including advanced technology infotainment systems driver assistance systems and performance capabilities across a variety of luxury automotive brands.
Provide personalized guidance to clients helping them understand and optimize the features of their vehicles ensuring they fully experience the latest innovations.
Collaborate with internal teams offering support and sharing knowledge on product features to enhance overall customer experiences.
Stay up to date with the latest automotive advancements features and trends to ensure you remain a goto resource for our clients.
Lead client workshops and demonstrations to educate them on the unique attributes of their vehicles without involving any sales or servicerelated tasks.
Serve as a resource for any inquiries or troubleshooting related to vehicle functionality without performing service repairs or making sales recommendations.
Requirements:
Deep knowledge and passion for luxury vehicles technology and automotive innovations.
Previous experience in a technologydriven role preferably within the automotive industry (engineering tech or customer support).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical features in a simple engaging manner.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive detailoriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning.
A strong customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience.
A valid drivers license and the ability to drive a variety of luxury vehicles safely.
