Welcome to our posting for Sales Assistant!
Summary:
As a Sales Assistant you will collaborate closely with our Customer Service Team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily interactions with various vendors performing essential tasks such as following up on orders obtaining updated pricing for stock materials and providing general sales support. Additionally you will assist the sales team in processing orders and coordinating logistics for customer shipments.
DRIFT Aerospace is a growing and evolving Aviation and Aerospace company. This position will provide invaluable real world experience in Sales in corporate Aviation.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our Sales Team some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly
- Assist with sales support and administrative tasks
- Assist in processing sales transactions for customer orders
- Communicate with various Vendors to get updated status on orders and pricing.
Basic/Minimum Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must have basic communication skills.
- Have proper phone etiquette.
- Be organized and have the ability to work well within a team.
- Work with Microsoft Office and various computer programs.
- Have reliable transportation.
Bonus/Preferred Requirements:
- Secretary Experience 12 Years)
