Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator

OfficeBased Warrington 37.5 hours per week

What Youll Do:

  • Customer Support: Process orders with accuracy and efficiency keeping customers informed at every step.

  • Sales Generation: Support account managers by responding to inquiries providing quotes and driving repeat business.

  • Lead Generation: Seek out new opportunities through inbound leads and email prospecting.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales Product Management and other departments to meet customer needs.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay ahead by participating in training sessions from Braemac and suppliers.

What Were Looking For:

  • A Level or equivalent in two subjects.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales logistics or customer service that would add value to the role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (a plus) along with the wider Microsoft business suite.
  • A positive cando attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A confident communicator comfortable interacting with diverse groups.
