Job Description
A prestigious national litigation firm with over 200 attorneys nationwide is seeking a General Litigation Attorney to join their Newport Beach office. The firm is known for providing practical innovative and exceptional litigation and advisory services to a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 companies and major insurers. Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an ABAaccredited law school
- Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of California
- Minimum 1 year of experience in professional liability employment defense products liability toxic torts environmental disputes A&E and/or general construction litigation
- Strong writing research organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Experience with motion practice and taking/defending depositions
