We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our clients Community Neuro Team based in Croydon Surrey. What will your responsibilities be
You will play a pivotal role in assessing and treating individuals with neurological conditions. You will develop personalised care plans implement therapeutic interventions and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patients independence and quality of life. Your expertise will be crucial in providing education and support to patients and their families ensuring a holistic approach to care.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as needed to achieve the best outcomes for your patients. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Previous experience as a Community OT
- Relevant degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
