WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As our Team Leader Modular youll be at the heart of managing and executing construction installation maintenance and repair projects. Youll plan allocate resources and supervise a skilled team of Carpenters Apprentices and Trades Assistants ensuring every job is delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project tasks via Jira to ensure timely and costeffective delivery.
- Train develop and inspire your team to excel in safety and production standards.
- Supervise construction activities troubleshoot challenges and adjust resources as needed.
- Collaborate with the Project Team Coordinator and Construction Manager to set priorities.
- Utilize systems like Pronto ERP and Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling.
- Ensure WHS standards are always met identifying and addressing workplace hazards.
- Work handson with tools when needed to support the team and meet project goals.

Your Skills & Experience:
- Relevant Trade/Engineering/Management qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency with Pronto ERP Microsoft Office and Jira.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods tools and industry standards.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
