Rsum du poste:

Les professionnels spcialiss en analyse de cots et gestion de projets du Groupe Altus recherchent un(e) analyste avec 1 2 ans dexprience ou plus en estimation et/ou contrle des cots de projets de construction. Nous recherchons une personne motive et passionne par le secteur de la construction organise et respectueuse des dlais. Le candidat sera charg de soutenir le personnel senior dans la prparation des rapports de suivi des cots la ralisation destimations ainsi que dautres tches essentielles.

Responsabilits principals:

• Fournir une varit de services en analyse et estimation de cots :

• Ralisation de mtrs;

• Prparation destimation de cots selon lavancement des plans;

• Surveillance de prts de construction.

• Prparer et rdiger des rapports en franais et en anglais;

• Effectuer des visites de chantiers et les rapports de progrs;

• Analyser lavancement des travaux.

Comptences principals:

• 12 ans dexprience ou plus en estimation et/ou contrle de cots de projets de construction;

• DEC en estimation Certificat en conomie de la construction Certificat gestion de construction ou lquivalent;

• Membre RICS AECQ ICC LEED ou en cours dobtention;

• tre en mesure danalyser les chanciers et les plans et devis toutes les tapes dun projet;

• Connaissances informatiques notamment avec les logiciels suivants : Excel Word MS Project Cost X Estate Master et SharePoint. Bonne connaissance des mthodes destimation les plus utilises (Masterformat Uniformat et ICC);

• Connaissances des normes en matire de sant et scurit sur les chantiers;

• Bonnes aptitudes la communication en anglais et franais;

• Capacit effectuer de multiples tches tout en respectant des chanciers serrs faisant preuve dune grande initiative dintgrit dhonntet et dune thique de travail exemplaire. Travailler dans une atmoshere dquipe sous la direction dune senior.
