Joining our team youll work with world class and passionate people to own and shape the direction of a significant area of value whilst operating across multiple domains defining contexts & boundaries and articulate why behaviour should live in a given context.
What is expected of you:
- Be recognised as very knowledgeable by your peers in your specialist areas.
- Build establish and grow relationships with all engineers
- Be proactive and resourceful
- Identify areas of excellence and devise ways to share and promote that best practice
- Be hands on in your specialist areas
- Create an environment of everyone contributing and having a say in engineering direction
- Find ways to contribute and share knowledge across the company
- Develop and grow our talent. Identify ways to support help and mature the engineering

- Effect change using your soft skills such as influencing
What is essential in the role:
- An experienced and passionate engineer with both technical depth and breadth.
- You can take the initiative evaluate risks and drive continuous improvement to get the best outcomes trusting your judgement and analysis to contribute to complex decision making.
- Youll need the ability to become part of your teams and support them by leading from experience in what theyre doing.
- Be strong in both technical and Agile mentorship guiding on the engineering vision as well as helping them to increase their performance.
- Whether you specialise in software data infrastructure or network youll have programming language expertise and experience of software design and implementation.
- Listening and interpersonal skills will be vital to build relations and influence. Your ability to adapt and embrace the challenge will be a good help in your journey through discovering the diversity of our tech and setting a path to big ambitions and bold changes.
