Job Description
Location: Singrauli Tehsil Sarai Madhya Pradesh (The Project site is approximately 300 Kms from Varanasi and 200 KM from Reva)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project bills including measurements and rates.
- Review and verify subcontractor invoices and material procurement bills.
- Track project costs and manage financial records to ensure cost control.
- Collaborate with the project management team to reconcile any billing discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly project reports ensuring all bills are submitted accurately and on time.
- Support in preparing final billing for project completion ensuring alignment with contracts and agreements.
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a Billing Engineer ideally in construction or infrastructure development.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes measurements and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and knowledge of billing software is a plus.
- Attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients subcontractors and project teams.
Salary & Benefits: LPA plus bachelors accommodation.
