Job purpose tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Mapping out content for elearning modules and facetoface training across various Health & Safety courses.
- Reviewing training syllabuses to ensure factual accuracy and relevance.
- Acting as the subject matter expert to validate the accuracy of content produced by the team.
- Collaborating with trainers content developers and technical teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive training materials.
- Proactively monitoring and updating course content to reflect changes in legislation and industry guidance.

Staying ahead of continuous changes in Health & Safety regulations and ensuring all training materials remain compliant and relevant can be demanding. You will also need to work independently to follow a roadmap meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
However your dedication to accuracy and continuous improvement will be key to overcoming these challenges.
Essential and desirable capabilities
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience in a similar role focusing on content development and validation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
It would be great if you also have:
- Additional Health Safety and Environmental qualifications.
- Experience using the Adobe suite with proficiency in InDesign.
- Teaching or tutoring experience.
We know its not a skill but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the roles location by the start of their employment.
