Job Description


Automotive GeneralManager


Ourcompany has an outstanding opportunity for a resultsfocused highly driven andexperienced General Manager who would be responsible for the dealerships salesobjectives goals and overall customer satisfaction at the dealership.To accomplish this task the manager must effectively manage the salespersonnel; have a strong knowledge of the local market and a understanding ofthe sales departments financial data.


JobResponsibilities

  • Qualifiedcandidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management
  • Passionateabout customer retention and CSI in Sales
  • Determinemonthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales gross profit objectivesand departmental profits.
  • Workwith each salesperson & manager to work on specific goals and objectivesthat are set and established.
  • Createa positive sales culture for the team & create a team atmosphere focusingon employee retention.
  • ConductSales meetings.
  • Maintaina balanced inventory in new and used sales.
  • Workwith the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can helpthe dealership meets it goals in sales.
  • Playan active role in the community
