Job Description
This is a full time position working 12 hour rotating 2nd shifts2/2/3 from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am.

Set up and run blown film extrusion machinery follow resin blends recipe communicate with your team and other departments perform changeovers troubleshoot film quality issues train your team and help us to get better!

What we are looking for
- Extrusion experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written oral or diagram instructions.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- A drive to succeed with a selfstarter approach and a cando attitude.
- Must be able to successfully pass all preemployment screenings and/or testing (including drug screen background and criminal checks).

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly needed to stand; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and ability to adjust focus.While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Packaging Personified Inc. is a manufacturer of food grade packaging.
