Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager together with the state sales team you would be responsible for selling through architects and expanding the channel sales by appointing new dealers and distributors for pipes tanks and pipe fittings within your assigned state or territory. This role requires you to identify and establish relationships with potential clients including architects builders and consultants to drive sales and business growth. Additionally you will be expected to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Selling: Engage with architects and other key decisionmakers to promote and sell our products.
  • Channel Expansion: Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to broaden our market reach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects builders influencers and consultants to facilitate business development.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and market analysis to senior management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling Pipes and relatedbuilding products.
  • Demonstrated success in business development through architects builders influencers and consultants.
  • Strong understanding of the building materials industry and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • ClientCentric Approach: Focus on understanding and meeting client needs to build longterm relationships.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
