We are looking for an engineer to bring our Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence R&D strategy to the next level. Our goal is to personalize the Qualtrics experience using ML and AI features showcasing Qualtrics data as a core value proposition and competitive advantage.

How Youll Find Success
- Work in a supportive environment enables individual growth and achievement of team goals
- Collaborate with your peers prioritize features and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to our customers
- Develop scalable robust and highly available micro services to perform simple to complex statistical analyses and build/deploy machine learning models
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to delight our customers
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product managers data scientists and other engineering teams to define develop and deploy new machine learning models that translate complex data into actionable insights for our customers.
How Youll Grow
- Work in a multidisciplinary team to implement tune and productize cuttingedge machine learning models to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business
- Build and maintain highly scalable data pipelines to cleanse anonymize measure and index complex and multimodal data.
Things Youll Do
- Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other specialists techops and product managers
- Lead and engage in design reviews architectural discussions requirement definitions and other technical activities in diverse capacity
- Attend daily standup meetings collaborate with your peers prioritize features and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers
- Finding quick ways to prototype and test possible solutions to large problems
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 02 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer demonstrating a strong track record in designing implementing and optimizing machine learning models for realworld applications leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design complexity analysis and performance
- Experience with data preparation and manipulation for high quality model results
- Experience building and representing data models. Single and Mutli fact
- Experience in programming with at least one modern programming language such as Java C# or Python including objectoriented design
- Experience with applied machine learning models and largescale ML systems

For fulltime positions this pay range is for base per year; however base pay offered may vary depending on location jobrelated knowledge education skills and experience.A signon bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer in addition to a range of medical financial and other benefits based on eligibility criteria.
