The role
As the Principal Digital User Experience Designer youll lead a dynamic team to create exceptional user experiences across web intranet and digital platforms. Youll oversee a wide range of responsibilities including guiding strategy mentoring team members and ensuring the seamless delivery of projectseverything from research and journey mapping to testing and implementation. Your leadership will help embed a customer service culture within the organization while driving best practices in digital innovation.
This role comes with unique challenges like navigating complex project interdependencies balancing competing priorities and building strong relationships with stakeholders. With your expertise youll plan and manage critical work packages and ensure they meet the operational needs of the organization and deliver impactful outcomes for clients. What you will bring to the role

Key knowledge and experience
Knowledge and previous experience managing digital projects in a large and complex organisation.
Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience in endtoend Digital Agency practises
