Join us as a Sr Product Manager as were seeking a groundbreaking strategist and respected leader who excels in blending customer compassion critical thinking and technical prowess. We have ownership of TMobiles products platforms and services identifying customer needs and leading crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your role will involve conducting market research defining product strategy crafting roadmaps and driving technical delivery while collaborating with partners to meet business goals and positively impact customers lives.

Responsibilities:

Drive our customer needs/voice into each process we build.

Ensure customer needs are reflected in all our customer processes.

Own product vision roadmap and strategy for sophisticated crossplatform solutions ensuring endtoend management and communication.

Partner with collaborators and leadership to identify customer experience improvements and innovation opportunities.

Anticipate industry trends and incorporate analysis into product planning.

Influence and communicate product vision and ideas to customers including executive leadership.

Write detailed features and user stories to translate product strategy into actionable development tasks.

Collaborate with PMs Dev leaders and Agile teams to assemble effective delivery teams.

Handle product backlog prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.

Maintain dashboards and reports tracking product health and success metrics.

Conduct Product QBRs steering meetings beta and pilot programs for earlystage products.

Support internal data engineering teams with product knowledge and documentation.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

6 years confirmed experience in hands on technical writing production code solution engineering or technical architecture in large scale company/ application / product environment.

7 years of relevant Product Management experience in a software product development environment. Sophisticated level understanding of customer experience.

Shown success in advising matrixed resources and delivering software and data products across multiple teams.

Strong requirements elicitation and validated writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.

Experience with Jira Service Desk and Jira Software.

Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role.

Excellent communication skills with ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and nontechnical leaders.

Deep understanding of platform technologies and components such as Cloud Data Mesh Lakehouse and Data Engineering.

Strong analytical skills with proven track record to identify and generate product usage analytics to drive decisions.

Extensive experience with SQL PowerBi Excel Powerpoint.

Experience with Cloud Database Platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.

Education:

Bachelors Degree Computer Science Engineering IT or equivalent experience.

Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO)

Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP)

At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $130900 $236200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
