About the Opportunity
Are you a skilled Draughtsperson with expertise in building services including HVAC electrical electronic wet or fire services If youre proficient in AutoCAD and Revit 3D modelling and thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment this opportunity is for you!

You have experience in draughting for building services and are confident in working with engineers architects and clients. You are detailoriented proficient in technical drawing terminology and able to manage document control effectively. If you excel in coordinating projects problemsolving under pressure and producing highquality technical drawings we want to hear from you!
What youll be doing
As a Draughtsperson you will be responsible for tracing and drafting markedup building services drawings setting up drawing title blocks and page layouts and producing drawing registers and issue slips. Youll coordinate services with Architects Engineers and Interior Designers while ensuring project deadlines are met. Youll attend internal design meetings site visits for asbuilt markups and maintain document control through platforms like Dropbox BIM360 and WeTransfer.

What youll need
You must have experience as a REVIT Draughtsperson or CAD Modelling Technician in mechanical (HVAC) electrical electronic wet or fire services. Proficiency in AutoCAD Microsoft Office and Revit 3D modelling is essential while BIM coordination and clash detection experience will be beneficial. Strong communication skills the ability to work under pressure and the ability to think in three dimensions for plans elevations and sections are key to succeeding in this role.
