Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on property laws and regulations
Analyze and interpret legal documents related to property transactions
Draft legal documents such as contracts agreements and deeds
Assist with property title searches and due diligence processes
Support senior legal professionals in property litigation and negotiation
Communicate with clients attorneys and other stakeholders regarding property matters
Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Law or related field
12 years of experience in property law or related legal field
Strong knowledge of property laws regulations and procedures
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in legal software and research tools
