JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office of Employee Health & Wellness Workers Compensation is responsible for the States selfinsured workers compensation program. Through collaborative partnerships and initiatives we focus on preventing workplace injuries and ensuring that injured State of Maine employees receive essential services including medical care and compensation.
This role is responsible for managing a small caseload of workers compensation claims for State of Maine employees. Additionally the position supports the daily management of claims by collecting information from various internal and external sources. Work is carried out with limited supervision.
