Calling All IT Service Superstars! Join our client as a Service Delivery Manager in Belgium
4 days a week remote/Flexible Dutch & English speaking 6 month contract 600 per day.
Are you ready to take charge and lead a cuttingedge project in the heart of Brussels Were seeking talented freelancers/contractors like you to become our Service Delivery Manager for an exciting 6 months contract!
About the Project
Our client is embarking on an ambitious journey to revolutionize Customs and Excise procedures for maritime cargo. As their Service Delivery Manager youll play a pivotal role in designing delivering and maintaining a centralised data integration solution. Your expertise will ensure the smooth scanning and detection procedures by Customs and Excise agents making a significant impact on the industry.
What Youll Be Doing
As the Service Delivery Manager youll have the opportunity to:
Finalize the Service Delivery Plan: Your strategic prowess will help map out the roadmap for success.
Support IT Service Management Tool Configuration: Showcase your technical skills in setting up the tools that will drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Your organizational finesse will create a solid foundation for seamless operations.
Build and Train a Stellar Team: Youll have the chance to assemble a dream team and help them grow with your mentorship.
Desired Skills
Your ITIL v4 IT Service Management training/certificate would be a gamechanger and highly desirable for this role.
The Service Model
Youll be managing various aspects of the service model including Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Incident Management Problem Management and Service Request Management. Your expertise will drive efficient processes and keep everything running smoothly.
Location and Language
Based in Brussels youll have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 days per week making it a perfect balance between work and life. Dutch speakers with knowledge of English will be given priority but we welcome English speakers to apply and share their CV for review.
