Job Description
Kocourek Detail Shop is looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Repair technician to join our team of automotive service specialists in Wausau WI. As a Paintless Dent Repair technician you will provide quality repair of hail and dent damage to vehicles using Paintless Dent Removal techniques. This is a full time role within our organization.

Responsibilities
Inspect damaged body panels for repair ability with the Paintless Dent Removal system
Use proprietary tooling systems to remove dents
Prepare vehicles for PDR process
Repair dents using advanced dent repair techniques
Maintain an elevated level of quality in your repairs
Follow quality control processes to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction
Test drive vehicles after PDR process for quality
Meet production and job completion goals
Requirements
2 years of experience with PDR processes
Automotive experience in a body shop or dealership preferred
Familiar with dent pulling tools
Willing to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
Valid Drivers License
Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship
Excellent Customer Service and Presentation skills
