Job Summary
The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization within the Short and Medium Range Ground Based Air Defense (SMGBAD) SubStrategic Business Unit (sSBU) is looking for an Associate Director OSC in support of the Integrated Area Protection Programs candidate will be responsible for leading a team and managing a dynamic and complex organization.
They will lead the OSC personnel assigned to the program areas and are responsible for developing and executing supply chain & operations strategies proposals & program within the position requires the ability to exert influence on overall objectives and longrange goals of the product lines and their PMO.
This position involves direct management of MPMs and POMs supporting manufacturing activities and requires spending time in Andover MA McAlister OK Tucson AZ and McKinney TX.
What You Will Do:
Accountable for OSC cost schedule and quality
Managing POMs and MPMs supporting SMGBAD IAPP portfolio of programs
Manage develop and lead OSC proposal activities including task descriptions and BOEs.
Generate production plans make/where plans and write manufacturing sections of technical proposals.
Interfaces with Customers ensuring satisfactory standards of service.
Coordinate & develop OSC requirements for all gate reviews & execute proposed strategies.
Overall ownership of the Supplier Management process
Implement and drive process improvements that result in a healthy value chain for development and production programs
Experience in capital planning (development) MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level) Assessments
Strong business acumen with budget and schedule responsibility
Experience and interest in verbal/visual presentations of OSC activities plans tasks and/or delivery outlooks and programlevel information to internal and USG Customers.
Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) reviews and approval via common product data management (PDM)
Experience with transition of programs from design to manufacturing.
Ability to lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers.
Experience developing and executing competitive bids and proposals through collaboration with multiple manufacturing and functional teams.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience leading personnel and teams in matrixed organizations as a collaborative leader that shares program information and requirements to enable success.
Experience interfacing with external customers and all levels of internal management.
Good interpersonal skills to influence and manage cross functional tasks.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Experience with Six Sigma/CORE tools and applications.
Experience leading teams in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives.

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
