Overview
JPW Structural Contracting located in Syracuse NY is currently seeking a Mechanicto join their team!
Typical Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00am 3:30pm (Overtime required as needed)
Salary Range: $20.00 $30.00/hour DOE
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance work on equipment
- Maintain service records
- Operate and inspect equipment
- Expected to work in a safe manner
- Other related tasks as identified

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment including trucks/trailers and machines
- Possess a valid CDLB license
- Basic computer knowledge a plus.
Inspection certification a plus

Physical Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a preemployment drug test and be subject to random testing during course of employment.
- Possess the coordination physical strength and agility to complete required tasks within the allotted time frame.
- Able to quickly and repeatedly bend stretch twist or reach out with body arms and/or legs without restriction.
- Acceptable visual acuity either corrected or uncorrected.
- Able to work at heights and in extreme temperatures and moderately inclement weather
