About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Area Sales Executives to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing distributor and dealer networks within the Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances sector with a proven track record of driving sales in both rural and urban markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors dealers and channel partners.
Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to the region.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both rural and urban markets.
Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to manage and expand business operations.
Qualifications:
310 years of experience in the Home Appliances/Consumer Durables industry.
Extensive experience in channel sales with a strong network of distributors and dealers.
Proven ability to effectively market products in both rural and urban settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and the local language.
Strong persuasive skills and a positive resultsdriven attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
