Job Description
Cedar Park Med is recruiting skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a temp to perm position in the beautiful Hudson Valley with 6 months experience in LTC. Are you looking for a position with excellent benefits with a great retirement plan Then this is the position for you.
Shifts Available: Day Shift 7:00am 3:30pm) Evening Shift 3:00pm 11:30pm) Night Shift 11:00pm 7:30am)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients health administer medications and provide routine care under the supervision of an RN.
- Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
- Perform routine nursing procedures such as dressing changes and wound care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document care provided and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of LTC experience.
- Current LPN license in NY.
- COVID vaccination required.
