Job Description
We are seeking a highly ambitious and resultsdriven Sales Representative to drive growth in the nursing home industry. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience strong networking abilities and a strategic mindset to engage administrators and facility owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to key decisionmakers in the senior care industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing home administrators and facility owners.
- Present tailored solutions that align with the needs of potential clients.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and expand market presence.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in healthcare or senior care.
- Strong networking negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to strategically engage and influence decisionmakers.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a track record of success.
- Passion for sales business growth and the senior care industry.
