Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for a Strategy Analyst II. The Workforce Management Analyst supports core operations across the Care & Risk Compliance Platform Integrity (RCPI) teams. Mainly this includes managing and administering team scheduling while also developing a staffing and headcount model for business planning during times of high volume. They are a detailminded organizer and communicator who can clearly articulate nuanced and sensitive issues to the GoFundMe team and work with a variety of leaders with unique challenges to their respective teams.
The Job..
- Coordinate closely with scheduling vendors (e.g. Assembled) to understand the tools we use to forecast generate schedules tool uptime and optimize daily schedules and to maximize our use of them to fit our needs.
- Drive and evolve scheduling roadmaps in partnership with leadership and propose unique solutions for each distinct team.
- Ensure our hiring and staffing strategies are optimized around time of day location and language.
- Review scheduling and hiring strategy frequently to ensure that the structure is optimized to meet customer team and business goals.
- Prepare & publish bimonthly operations schedules at least 2 months in advance of schedule rotation start.
- Coordinate special holiday or event scheduling requirements.
- Review and decide on PTO requests per the PTO approval threshold policy they maintain. Consult with leadership when considering possible exceptions.
- Work alongside fellow Strategy team members in developing and managing a headcount model for customer and organizational needs.
- Oversee daily schedule optimization so that schedules are always prepared at least two full days in advance. Assist with daytoday schedule adjustments including defining the policies that guide them.
- Provide support on various strategic operational initiatives to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
You
- 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence Strategy Business Operations Project Management and/or Operations Management
- C1 fluency or higher in English required
- Prior experience with Looker or other data visualization tool
- Experience using a workforce management tool or modeling program to organize a teams shifts and hours
- Clear communicator written and verbal
- Energized by building sustainable processes and bringing teams into shared understanding and alignment
- Detailoriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality of work
- Collaborative team player who is also capable of independent thought and
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
Preferred skills...
- Prior experience with payments fintech ecommerce social media or marketplace companies
- Prior experience with Google Drive
- Experience with (or strong interest in) managing or supporting trust and safety compliance customer support or financial risk operations and associated key performance indicators
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk trends in the ecommerce social media marketplace or financial services industries
