About The Team
PENN Entertainment is looking for a Graphic Designer to help support the marketing and social initiatives across our digital products ESPN BET theScore and Hollywood Casino. As a Jr. Graphic Designer at PENN Entertainment you will be an expert in developing creative assets that support our promotions product marketing and brand identity. This role is handson design work with stakeholder collaboration across marketing UX and product teams. Were looking for a smart humble and deepthinking graphic designer who is eager to make an impact and grow.
This role consists of regular weekend work and will be scheduled from Thursday through Monday.
About The Work
- Produce and customize creative assets used across our product social display CRM paid and partner marketing channels.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Social Design team to develop 360 creative campaigns and experiences across digital and broadcast mediums.
- Communicate project status and deadlines to Graphic Design Managers as needed to ensure personal and department goals are met or exceeded.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance requirements across all assets.
- Juggle multiple projects at once with varying deadlines brand guidelines and marketing needs.
- Study creative briefs and conceptualize visuals based on campaign requirements.
- Keep up with the latest design trends in storytelling and sports/sportsbook/casino marketing and promotions while bringing new ideas to the table.
- Attend team and department meetings.
- Other creative duties as assigned.
- This is a weekend role. Must report from Thursday to Monday.
About You
- Bachelors degree or equivalent knowledge and/or experience.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in graphic design (digital media preferred).
- Highlevel of proficiency with graphic design software packages and technology (Photoshop Illustrator Figma InDesign After Effects).
- Knowledge of other Adobe CS suite of programs is a plus
- Knowledge of design principles: including color layout typography and hierarchy.
- Knowledge of social media platforms specifically Facebook Twitter Instagram TikTok and Snapchat.
- Advanced writing skills with superior vocabulary; ability to express yourself and excellent grammar.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- A portfolio with graphic design case studies that highlight how you think and your process.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and an excitement for graphic design.
- Passion for sports sports betting and casino gaming.
- Nice to have: Rive knowledge.
