What Youll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team of three data scientists and machine learning engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Innovate with Data: Design develop and deploy machine learning models that optimize pricing strategies and solve complex business challenges.
- Predict the Future: Create predictive and prescriptive models to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Data Automation: Develop and automate sophisticated analytical processes to enhance operational efficiency and insights delivery.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy compliance and commercial value across the organization.
- Effective Communication: Present insights and recommendations with clarity and conviction to senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
What Youll Bring
- Technical Excellence: Proficiency in Python SQL and machine learning algorithms; experience with R Hadoop and Spark is a plus.
- Advanced Analytics Expertise: Deep understanding of data structures model evaluation hypothesis testing and stochastic processes.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience working in cloudbased environments such as AWS or ADO.
- Data Leadership: Ability to manage and mentor data professionals driving both individual and team success.
- Effective Communication: Clear and impactful communication of complex data insights to a variety of audiences.
- Data Strategy Awareness: Understanding of GDPR data protection and the role of data in driving commercial outcomes.
