Trouw Nutrition is seeking an Outbound Logistics Assistant to support our Western Region in Canada. This is a remote or hybrid role.
About The Role: Our Outbound Logistics Assistant supports the efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers by coordinating inventory and shipments preparing documentation and communicating with carriers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Manages inventory & stock control
Coordinates the intake of incoming materials and equipment
Receives monitors and processes orders for customers
Ensures goods and materials are transportready including completion of necessary documentation and scheduling shipments
Accurately documents all data in our systems in timely manner
Provides excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
Initiates and implements changes and improvements to achieve a continuous optimization and alignment of logistics processes tools and systems.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
36 years of M3 experience
High school education with experience in the manufacturing industry
PowerBI
MS Excel
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Analytical and organizational skills
Able to multitask in fastpaced environment
Expectations from the Role:

Accurate and timely data capture
