Are you a dynamic and motivated retail professional with a passion for people and performance Were seeking experienced Retail Store Managers to lead our clients teams in Vanderbijlpark.
As a Store Manager youll take full ownership of your stores successdriving sales leading a diverse team and creating an exceptional customer experience. Youll be the face of the store working closely with store owners while managing daily operations staff development stock control and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate would be willing to work retail hours and a background in stationery arts & crafts or book retail would be advantageous.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in retail and management
Valid drivers license and reliable transport
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Willingness and ability to work retail hours
Background in stationery arts & crafts or book retail will be beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily store operations
Managing training and disciplining staff
Maintaining stock levels and controlling shrinkage
Delivering excellent customer service
Ensuring compliance with operational standards company policies and legislation
Coordinating promotions and marketing campaigns
Maintaining accurate store administration
Upholding store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
