Position: Medicare Agent

Location: Florida (HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale FL)

Status: In Office Full Time

Dress code: Business Casual Casual Fridays

Our agents are provided with the highest quality selfgenerated leads in the industry by way of an innovative inhouse marketing team with advanced dialing and texting strategies. We know firsthand how much of a difference the quality of leads makes in a sales organization. A great salesperson without quality leads is like a great musician without an instrument to play. That is why we take pride in the quality of our leads.

We generate the highest quality contacts by way of our inhouse marketing organization. We spend on average over $10000 per week per agent on leads and marketing. We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (Fronters/ Qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data producing fresh and warm fronts that are prequalified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long. You will not get higherquality contacts elsewhere that is guaranteed!

As a Medicare Agent you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their Medicarerelated inquiries providing information and facilitating the enrollment and sales process.

The Opportunity

  • You will create effective sales presentations over the phone of available products that we offer in Medicare.
  • You will be in contact with customers interested in discussing their Medicare insurance options and guiding them to make the right decision based on their needs and budget.
  • You will upsell supplements in addition to a Medicare plan including standalone dental
  • You will be the subject matter expert in our policies and be able to simplify the process for customers to understand.
  • You will be the last point of contact to close deals collecting confidential personal information to make the final enrollment and sale.


What you bring to the table

    • You have demonstrated experience in the Medicare Insurance sales industry doing full releases and selling supplements.
    • You have obtained a valid 215 license or 240 license in the state of Florida or more.
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • You are a detail oriented person with strong active listening skills.
    • You have exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
    • You thrive in sales and closing deals to meet competitive sales goals.
    • You will have to be able to think on your feet and take direction very well. This is a fastpaced sales position.
    • You are highly motivated in your own success We provide you with the tools but it is ultimately up to you to use them.
    • You keep up to date with best sales practices and can contribute to our highenergy sales discussion board where everyone must participate throughout the day as well as daily companywide meetings on Zoom.
    • You always remain courteous and maintain professionalism under pressure.


      Location & Hours

        • This is an InOffice Position (Our HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. We expect reliable and consistent attendance.
        • Hours of operation:
          • 9AM6:30PM EST MondayThursday
          • 9AM4PM EST Friday
          • 11AM5PM EST on select Saturdays
      • You must attend Tuesday morning meetings at 8:45am before the shift starts at 9am EST.

      ***Annual ENROLLMENT PERIOD We have extreme seasonality during our AEP. This is the time of year when the entire country is looking for health insurance. It runs from OCT 15 Dec 07 2024. We will be working long hours are compensated well and make a lot of sales in the process.


      Compensation

      Our Medicare Agents (licensed) on average are making $1300/ week outside of Open Enrollment. The pay structure is $20/ hour base plus overtime plus bonus and spiffs.
