RESPONSIBILITIES:
No two days are alike
Answering calls and emails from our customers sometimes with simple questions and sometimes with problems that require your expert troubleshooting skills
Be the goto person for information and support
Listen empathetically to customers needs and create a course of action to get them the help they need
Youll track and document all customer issues in our ticketing system
Use your expertise to diagnose problems and make service configuration changes
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Experienced problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
Must have technical proficiency be detailoriented and constantly striving for quality improvement
Strong communicator with excellent time management interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
Thrives in a fastpaced environment and collaborates effectively with stakeholders
Not afraid to challenge the status quo and always focused on continuous improvement
Associate degree or 2 years of relevant job experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Remain upright on feet for extended period
Remain stationary for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Ability to operate a computer
