Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee ACHM Spain Management S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

Host/hostess of customers both hotel guests and those outside the hotel from their arrival until they are located in the different outlets of restoration. This is the person who welcomes seats and accommodates and dismisses customers in the catering outlets. He/she is in charge of registering managing and confirming the reservations of the F&B department through the hotels reservation management program and controlling the capacity and influx of people to the terrace / bar.

Reviews menus to ensure they are up to date clean plentiful and wrinkle free. Maintains order and cleanliness of work areas throughout the day practicing cleaning procedures on the fly.

Encourages sales

Must communicate with various F&B Dept. managers to ensure successful service and customer satisfaction. Must relay and record customer feedback to managers on shift.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

The position is a parttime position with the possibility of varying the distribution of hours and concentrating on weekends when the workload is heaviest.

Minimum qualification: Higher / Intermediate Level Training Cycle.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Professional category: Employee
Residence: Province vacant

Training in Hospitality and/or Tourist Accommodation Management
Experience of at least 2 years in customer service positions in 4*/5* hotel or restaurant.
High level of English
