Production Planning
Develop daily and weekly production plans for a factory or product line to include resource planning and monitoring and reporting on performance against the plan.
Operations Management
Provide operational support services and sometimes act as firstline supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.

Leadership and Direction
Explain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organizations strategy mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
Data Collection and Analysis
Collate and analyze data using preset tools methods and formats. Involves working independently.
