Key Responsibilities
Player Engagement & Retention Strategies
- Develop and execute personalized retention strategies based on player behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing acquisition product development and customer support teams to align retention efforts with business goals.
- Design multichannel campaigns to increase player engagement and retention.
- Analyze player segmentation data to create targeted engagement plans.
Reactivation & CrossMarketing
- Develop strategic reactivation initiatives to reengage inactive players.
- Conduct competitor analysis to enhance reactivation tactics.
- Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize reactivation strategies.
- Create and manage targeted reacquisition offers for key campaigns and partners.
- Monitor key metrics including:
- Causes of player inactivity
- Postreactivation behavior (bonus/deposit activity)
- Player value KPIs: ARPU deposit values frequency active days
- Bonus cost efficiency
- Brand and affiliate reactivation performance
Data Optimization & Performance Monitoring
- Utilize CRM tools (Optimove XP Smartico) to track and analyze player engagement.
- Monitor email and communication metrics (deliverability open rates clickthrough rates).
- Ensure effective segmentation and targeting for maximum engagement longevity.
- Champion industry best practices and drive innovation in retention marketing.
