Job Description
Join the CentraCare team as a Medical Assistant at CentraCare Sartell Clinic!
The Sartell Clinicsees patients for Family Medicine Pediatrics Travel Medicine and OB/GYN Services. The Medical Assistant will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers assist in assuring the daytoday activities of the clinic are completed timely andefficiently assist Providers with clinicprocedures accurately and appropriately document procedures and treatments in the patients electronic medical record perform telephone screening and gather information from patients to communicate to the RN or Provider administer appropriate medications and immunizations to patients under the direction of the RN or provider recognize patients abnormalities or urgent care needs and seek appropriate assistance.
Schedule:
- Fulltime 7280 hours every 2 weeks
- OR
- Part Time 40 hours every 2 weeks
- Variable weekday shifts between 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- No evenings weekends or holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay range $17.95 to $26.94 depending on years of experience.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).
- American Medical Technologists (AMT).
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Ability to understand patients medical records physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromSartell MN andrelocate to within 30 miles of it.
