Job Description
Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is looking to add experienced Service Advisors! Customer service data entry writing estimates and working as a team with the technicians and other advisors will be the primary responsibilities. Apply today!
As a Service Advisor you will:
- Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle documenting any and all concerns to the repair order.
- Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications.
- Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts.
- Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle.
- Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns appointments and follow up with customers on work in progress.
- Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage.

Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Time management skills
- Commitment to 100 customer satisfaction
- Have basic computer skills to include typing and Microsoft Excel
- Be organized professional and courteous
- Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred
